Here's what students are saying:
"Richard Claremont's art workshop was an absolute game-changer! Richard and his wife Kerrie make an exceptional team, with Richard leading the way and Kerrie providing invaluable mentorship. Their dedication and encouragement were truly above and beyond. I can honestly say that in just a short span of time, I learned more than I did in three years of art college! The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and positively charged, making every moment a joy. If you're looking to elevate your artistic journey, this workshop is an absolute must. It's an experience that will stay with me forever!
-Cora Collins
"I participated in Richard Claremont’s Landscape Painting workshop in France September 2023. I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences of my life. Richard and his wife Kerrie are a fantastic team, their love of art and teaching is exemplary. Their focus, one hundred percent on the student and the development of the students skill sets. I came away after a wonderful ten days, with a new awakening and greater confidence in my artistic ability."
-Margaret Sweeney
"One of the standout aspects of Richard's teaching is that he champions your individual style while imparting a wealth of experience and knowledge, creating many 'ah-ha' moments to improve your technique. Richard is greatly supported by his wife Kerrie, an art teacher herself, and together they are a dynamic duo. Kerrie takes time to get to know each person individually and through this encourages you to reflect on your own art journey, the purpose of why you paint and where you want to take your art. Together, with their empathy and art knowledge, Richard and Kerrie create a wholesome and empowering experience.
I have returned from the workshop having achieved more than I imagined with an improved set of skills and a concrete plan to move my art forward. This is not my first workshop or online course with Richard and hopefully it won't be my last. Thank you! "
