I don’t know where this room was exactly, but I feel like I’ve been in it.
The kind of place with a chair you’re slightly afraid to sit in… too soft, too worn, like it already belongs to someone else.
There was always that faint smell — carpet, old wood, something that hadn’t quite left the walls.
And outside, mountains that looked closer than they were.
