Here's what students are saying:

5 stars!!! I have taken 2 workshops with Richard (and Kerrie!) and I would love to come back for more. Being an excellent painter and being able to teach painting are very different skill sets. Lucky for his students, Richard has both in spades. He encourages each student to progress in their own style. He breaks down complex concepts in an easy-to-understand way. He suggests exercises to practice very specific ideas that are applicable to your next painting. I have learned a ton from him, and I return to his ideas/exercises again and again when I get stuck. I highly recommend taking a workshop with Richard and Kerrie. They're the dream team!"-Jessica Lomelli"

I participated in Richard Claremont’s Landscape Painting workshop in France September 2023. I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences of my life. Richard and his wife Kerrie are a fantastic team, their love of art and teaching is exemplary. Their focus, one hundred percent on the student and the development of the students skill sets. I came away after a wonderful ten days, with a new awakening and greater confidence in my artistic ability."-Margaret Sweeney"

I recently had the incredible opportunity to attend Richard Claremont's art workshop and for me, it was an absolute game-changer! Richard and his wife Kerrie make an exceptional team, with Richard leading the way and Kerrie providing invaluable mentorship. Their dedication and encouragement were truly above and beyond. I can honestly say that in just a short span of time, I learned more than I did in three years of art college! If you're looking to elevate your artistic journey, this workshop is an absolute must. It's an experience that will stay with me forever!"-Cora Collins
