Here’s a painting I haven’t shown before… a quiet stretch of Canal Saint-Martin, where the reflections often say more than the buildings themselves. Something about this scene has always felt slightly out of step with the rest of the city — slower, softer… like a spot where you’d pause for no reason except to observe that glassy water.
