I stayed somewhere like this on the south coast for a few nights.
The room itself was fine. Nothing special on paper.
Top floor, slightly awkward stairs… the kind where you question your life choices halfway up if you’ve got a bag.
But I remember sitting in that chair one morning, not really doing anything, just looking out, and thinking this is probably enough.
Not forever. Just for that day.
